Alara IT Solutions LLC was founded in March 2026 in Hazel Crest, Illinois with a single purpose: to give South Suburbs small businesses access to the kind of technology support that has always been reserved for larger companies with bigger budgets.

 

We serve the businesses that keep this community running — law firms, medical offices, churches, nonprofits, real estate agencies, and family-owned businesses — that need reliable, professional IT support but have never had a dedicated team watching over their technology. That is exactly what we provide.

 

Alara IT Solutions offers three tiers of managed IT services ranging from $299 to $1,200 per month, covering everything a small business needs to operate securely and efficiently — remote helpdesk support, 24/7 network monitoring, cybersecurity protection, patch management, backup and disaster recovery, firewall management, and strategic IT planning. For businesses that also need ongoing website maintenance and security, our Website Care add-on has that covered too.

 

What sets us apart is not just what we know — it is where we are. Our certifications include the Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Cisco Certified Support Technician in Cybersecurity (CCST), and ITIL Foundation. Our hands-on experience spans enterprise networking at Cisco Meraki, large-scale event infrastructure at Cisco Live, data center cabling, and AI-powered systems design. These are credentials and experiences that most IT providers in this market simply do not have.
